1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service, visiting our website, or making a deposit with Neethu Make Over, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before confirming your booking.

2. Services Offered

Neethu Make Over provides luxury bridal makeup (HD, Ultra HD, Minimalist, and Glamorous), hair styling, saree pleating and artistry, and specialized makeover services for engagements, receptions, festive events, and other special occasions. Services are available on-site at venues across India and globally for destination events.

3. Booking & Payment Policy

  • Deposit Requirement: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to block and secure your requested date and time slot. No date is reserved until the deposit payment is received and confirmed.
  • Advance Booking: It is recommended to book 1 to 3 months in advance, especially during peak wedding seasons (November–February), to ensure artist availability.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining 70% balance must be settled prior to or on the day of the event before service commencement unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: The 30% booking deposit is strictly non-refundable.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled event date may be eligible for a partial refund of any advance balance paid beyond the initial 30% deposit.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled event date will result in the forfeiture of all funds paid.
  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability. If a date change is requested, we will make every effort to accommodate the new date; however, if we are unavailable, standard cancellation policies will apply.

5. Travel & On-Site Requirements

  • Local Travel: On-site services are offered for venue bookings. Travel and transportation fees are applicable for venues located outside a 20 km radius from our studio in Alwal, Hyderabad.
  • Destination Weddings & Long-Distance Events: For outstation or international travel, the client is responsible for covering round-trip transportation, logistics, and comfortable accommodation for the artist and team.
  • Venue Setup Requirements: The client must ensure adequate lighting, power outlets, a mirror, and a comfortable seating arrangement are available at the setup location on the event day.

6. Trial Sessions

  • Trial sessions are available to help finalize your look and test skin compatibility.
  • Trials are paid sessions. Upon confirming a final bridal booking, trial fees can be adjusted against your final invoice amount as per agreed booking terms.

7. Client Responsibilities & Allergies Disclaimer

  • Skin & Health Information: Clients must disclose any skin conditions, sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions prior to the makeup application.
  • Liability: Neethu Make Over uses high-end, sanitized, and professional-grade products. However, we cannot be held liable for any unforeseen allergic reactions or skin complications if pre-existing conditions or allergies were not communicated prior to service.

8. Punctuality & Timings

  • Due to back-to-back event schedules, clients must be ready at the agreed-upon start time.
  • Delays caused by the client, venue access, or outfit readiness may result in a condensed service time or additional waiting charges to avoid delaying subsequent clients.

9. Media & Intellectual Property

  • Photo & Video Rights: Neethu Make Over reserves the right to take photographs and videos of completed transformations for use in our online portfolio, social media channels (@neethu_makeover_artist), and promotional material.
  • Client Privacy: If you prefer your photos not to be shared publicly, please inform us in writing prior to or on the day of your booking.

10. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability

  • In the rare event that the artist is unable to perform services due to illness, severe emergency, or acts of God (natural disasters, travel bans, severe weather), Neethu Make Over will make reasonable efforts to secure a qualified replacement artist or issue a full refund of payments made.
  • Liability is strictly limited to the total monetary amount paid by the client for the booked service.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
